At Toscana Holiday Village we can offer long term rentals, if moving to Italy has always been a dream but the prospect of giving it all up before you really get a feel for the place is too daunting then TRY BEFORE YOU BUY!

With affordable prices and open all year round for long term renters only, you can opt for a 3 month, 6 months or annual contract rental. Subject to Visa Requirements If you have a different timescale then please contact us directly and we will try and accommodate for your required stay. Seasonal Pool open from June to September, weather permitting.

It is also possible to bring your pets with you too subject to travel requirements.

Accommodation

You’ll find all the amenities you need for an enjoyable, comfortable stay.

We’ve made sure that all the important stuff, along with the little details, are taken care of. The classic mobile home has two bedrooms, which can sleep up to six persons (max 4 Adults long term) There is also the option of converting the living room sofa into an additional bed. The mobile home has a microwave, Hob, Kettle, Cooking utensils, cutlery, plates and glasses.
