At Holiday Travel Genius, we’re not a big travel company. We’re a small family who fell in love with Tuscany and decided to make it our holiday home.

Our mobile home is located inside Toscana Holiday Village in Montopoli, a welcoming campsite with everything you need for a comfortable stay. From here, you can reach Pisa in under 30 minutes, Florence in under an hour, and the beaches of the Tuscan coast with ease.

When you book with us, you deal directly with the owners — no agencies, no hidden extras. We’ve made our home simple, cosy, and well-equipped so you can focus on enjoying your holiday.
